Women in Real Estate 2020: Fore Property Co.’s Alisa Rosenberg Shines with Intense Focus and Innovative Approach
Alisa Rosenberg is a successful commercial real estate developer in the Washington D.C. market. She is currently responsible for building and leading the Mid-Atlantic for national privately held multifamily development firm Fore Property Co., a rare role for women.
At Fore, Rosenberg is focused on growing the existing platform in the Mid-Atlantic through establishing a strategy, leveraging relationships, sourcing a pipeline, and overseeing execution. She brings an innovative approach to real estate through her passion for buildings, neighborhoods and people. Her approach to developments, market strategy, and leadership is to leverage each person’s unique skills and passion to create a team that complements one another towards a common goal.
In addition, Rosenberg has been committed to furthering the presence of women in the real estate industry – looking for opportunities to give more women a strong network to be effective and successful in a male dominated industry. As Chair of ULI Washington’s Women’s Leadership Institute, she initiated meaningful networking between women to try to further their presence and opportunities to work together throughout the market.
Beyond the structured programs she has initiated for women, Rosenberg has a grass roots focus on helping women succeed in the industry. It is her informal network of impactful and inspiring women in real estate that has contributed to her success, and she continues to look for opportunities to grow that network and share that powerful connection that she has fostered for herself with other real estate women.
These are just a few of the reasons we chose Rosenberg as one of the 2020 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
