Alisa Brem Rosenberg
FOUNDER AND MANAGING PARTNER
Alisa Brem Rosenberg is the founder and managing partner of Junction Development, a dynamic, woman owned and led, real estate development firm. Junction Development is growing by leveraging Alisa’s extensive relationships, deep local knowledge, deal acumen, and significant development experience to deliver value creation for investors by finding unique opportunities and executing them with a thoughtful approach.
A seasoned professional, Alisa has led the development of over 7,000 residential units and 440,000 square feet of mixed-use retail space. She has held key development executive roles including serving as the Managing Director of Development at Republic Properties Corporation, where she oversaw successful projects and strategically expanded the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic multifamily and mixed-use development portfolio. She was the Mid-Atlantic Partner at Fore Property Company, Vice President at Bozzuto Development, and held development roles with EDENS, Grosvenor, and Insight Property Group.
Alisa holds B.A.s in Architecture and American Urban History from Columbia University, an M.Sc. from The London School of Economics in City Design and Social Sciences, and a J.D. from the George Washington University Law School. Additionally, as a Fulbright Fellowship recipient, she conducted research on real estate in Italy. She is a member of the New York State Bar.
