  • 400K SF multi-family development
    350 Class A apartments

    Led the development through the entitlement, design, and capitalization (intended to be HUD221d4, pivoted to conventional loan) for five apartment buildings with four-story design with elevators and surface parking. The project introduced an urban aesthetic within a suburban lifestyle.

    The team included local Frederick experts and designers from Washington, DC.
